Exploratory Surgery

Exploratory Surgery...
   We pushed the trailer into the shop the first day because it was raining and we could see that it was taking on water like a sinking ship. We first noticed damage in the right rear storage compartment..

I should have left it alone but I had to dig into it a little deep.


As you can see this is really going to take a lot of work.  The realization is starting to come to light that this is no longer a minor repair job.  The more I took apart the more I found...

  2. Thanks, I was wondering if anyone ever see the blog. I am working on the interior now. It's very time consuming but I hope to be ready to put the roof on this week.

  3. hello! i found your blog when i did a search for ideas on rehabbing and remodeling a travel trailer. we just bought a 1971 Kit Companion which is 16' long, 19' including the tongue of the trailer. i look forward to reading the rest of the blog!
